Glen’s class at the Osterville Fitness Center (similar to his
classes at the Sadhana Yoga studios) is very accessible to both
seasoned yoga practitioners, as well as for those who have never
tried yoga before. The style is Hatha Yoga with elements of
vinysasa (flowing from posture to posture) with a strong
emphasis on proper physical alignment, attention to the breath,
and the cultivation of meditation, or “quieting your mind.”
You'll get an amazing physical workout while reconnecting to you
body, your breath and your "self".

This class offers a Hatha Yoga Style that adapts to an
individual's changing needs incorporating a variety of yoga
poses, conscious breathing, and moving into stillness.

Core Health
Lori Martin
Lori is a certified instructor of Yoga and
West Coast Pilates, as well as a certified massage therapist in
Massachusetts and California. Her yoga training spans both the
Ashtanga Vinyasa and Iyengar yoga systems, including extensive
study with Tias Little, Aadil Palkhivala, and David Swenson.
She has studied a multiple of health related disciplines since
the early 1990's, and continues to regularly attend workshops
and seminars.
She teaches with a keen attention to both anatomical detail and
the sense of touch. By using props and encouraging student
awareness, combining breath and movement, her students can
discover their own path to a harmonious state of well being.
